The original destination for Hot Topics returns with the most talked-about subjects that fans are discussing when “The View” kicks off season 27 on Tuesday, Sept. 5 (11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. EDT).
Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, Alyssa Farah Griffin, and Ana Navarro, together with moderator Whoopi Goldberg, are the ladies who have made “The View” the most viewed daytime talk show in America over the past three years will all be resuming their spots at a brand-new table.
The renowned talk show is ready to start the conversation again with a week of Hot Topics and must-see television with a new set and plenty to discuss.
With the help of ABC Audio, “The View” is expanding its renowned “Behind the Table” podcast series to include daily episodes that will provide listeners unparalleled insider opinions from individuals who are most familiar with the venerable talk show. The co-hosts will provide first-person accounts of events from the show, have open discussions about their personal lives, and take viewers behind the scenes.
They will react to some of the most talked-about interviews, address viewer queries, and occasionally welcome guests for an in-depth discussion. The “Behind the Table” podcast, hosted by executive producer Brian Teta, introduces listeners to “The View” Crew members who contributed to the moments of the pop-culture phenomena that made headlines.
A pre-launch episode with Teta and co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin talking about their first year at the table will be released on Monday, September 4th, before the special daily edition of the podcast series premieres on Tuesday, September 5th.
“The View: Behind The Table” releases brand-new episodes post weekdays on Amazon Music, Apple Podcasts, Audacy, Google Podcasts, iHeartRadio, Pandora, SiriusXM, Spotify, TuneIn, and the ABC News app.
